Minimum Gross Revenue: $10,000

Loan amount: $10k-500k

Term Range: 4-18 months

Minimum monthly deposits: 7

Negative days: up to 3

 

Cash Advance Requirements

 

Time in Business: 2 years

FICO Score: 550+

Minimum monthly CC volume: $4,000

Loan amount: $4k-500k

Term Range: 4-18 months

Negative days: up to 10

 

Competitor Balances

 

We will payoff up to 2 positions

1 position: 50/50 split (merchant must net 50% of loan)

2 positions: 75/25 (merchant must net 75% of loan)

 

*PayPal, AMEX, Bluevine not counted as a position but we deduct balance from max amount offered*

 

*Merchant must wait 60 days since last competitor funding before they can qualify for funding with us*

TAX LIENS POLICY

Any outstanding tax liabilities discovered must be on a payment plan with the tax authority unless specified below. In instances where there is no tax plan, BFS may apply up to 100% of the funded amount directly towards the liability.

 

Federal Tax lien: cannot exceed $150,000

 

State Tax lien: cannot exceed $50,000

 

Federal or state Tax liens filed against the business, and greater than an aggregated amount of $150,000, must be on a verified payment plan prior to funding.

Completed and Signed Funding Application form must include the following information:

  • Business Info: Time in Business | Time in Control | Annual Sales | Description of What Business Does | Competitor Balance(s)

  • All Officer and Partner Info: SSN | Ownership Percentages | Authorization to Pull Credit | Contact Telephone Number

Bank Statements

  • 3 most recent months for all new loans

  • 3 most recent months for cash advances

  • 2 most recent months for renewal loans or cash advances greater than $100K (1 most recent month below $100K)

  • Seasonal businesses require 4 quarterly bank statements for the previous year

Credit Card Statements for MCAs (in addition to the above)

  • 4 most recent months

  • Seasonal businesses require 12 most recent months of credit card statements

Financials

  • Includes Tax Return and year to date P&L and Balance Sheet

    • Required for non-core businesses (i.e. trucking, construction, wholesale) seeking new/renewal loan or cash advance greater than $150K
