Local Down Payment Programs

Many localities in California offer down payment programs for those who choose to reside in their area.  Some areas have requirements that won't allow us to work with them, some require specific lenders and others will work with any lender.  To see if we are approved for a DPA program in the area you wish to purchase, follow the links by county and if we are approved, you will see the information for that program.  This is an on going process and is subject to change for many reasons.  As time goes by, we hope to be approved in many more areas, so if you don't see your dream area on the list, come back again or email bt@brianterrilllending.company with a specific county and city and we can call them directly to find out.
